A memorandum of cooperation was signed with the Central Scientific Library of Azerbaijan.

At the moment, the director of the Information Resource Center of Urganch State University H. Siddikov is on a business trip at the Central Scientific Library of Azerbaijan located in Baku, the capital of the Republic of Azerbaijan. A memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Central Scientific Library of Azerbaijan and Urganch State University during the visit to this scientific library with a collection of over one and a half million books. Now professors and teachers of the university, doctoral students, masters, researchers and students have the opportunity to use the rich scientific fund of this library for scientific research.  Also, this agreement provides many opportunities for conducting scientific research activities.
