Today, February 14, an event was held on the theme "Baburnoma - a historical source and literary masterpiece" on the occasion of the birth of the great statesman, poet and historian Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur.

On the occasion of the birthday of the great statesman, poet and historian Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur, a spiritual and educational event was held at the Faculty of Socio-Economic Sciences of Urganch State University named after Abu Rayhan Beruni. The event was organized in cooperation with the staff of the Information Resource Center of the university and was dedicated to the theme "Boburnoma - historical source and literary masterpiece". The event was organized by the dean of the faculty, prof. I.Abdullayev opened up and emphasized the position of Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur not only as a great general and head of state, but also as a skilled poet, talented historian and patron of knowledge. He commented on the role of "Boburnoma" in world historiography, its incomparable scientific and literary importance.
