Today, on October 19, a seminar training on free use of ProQuest dissertations and database was organized for 1st-3rd year doctoral students of the university in the ARM Hall of Urganch State University.

The seminar was conducted by D. Kutlumurodov, department head of the Electronic resources and their use hall of Khorezm Region Information Library Center and F. Urunova, head of the Foreign Information Library Resources Department of UrDU ARM. ProQuest Dissertations & Theses Global is the world's largest online database of full-text dissertations. This database contains about 5 million scientific works from more than 4,000 universities. More than 200,000 jobs are added every year thanks to the ever-expanding global network of partner universities. Over the past few years, 150,000 theses from 80 Chinese universities, as well as the first universities in Europe and Great Britain (University of Valencia, University of Leicester, University of Aberdeen, Cardiff University, University College London), India (Javaharlal Nehru University, Gujarat University) Digitized dissertations have been added.
